Recruiting Operations Manager

Role Overview

As Recruiting Operations Manager, you'll partner directly with the Head of People to centralize process, establish standards, and build the infrastructure that keeps our recruiting engine running smoothly as we grow. You'll own the operating layer end to end and make sure recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers are all working from the same playbook.

What You Will Do

You'll own our recruiting systems, run the data, define how we operate, level up interview infrastructure, navigate compliance and immigration, drive offer and referral consistency, and champion candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years in recruiting or talent operations
• Deep ATS expertise
• AI-native operator
• Strong data instincts
• Immigration program experience
• Familiarity with employment law compliance
• Bias for action and urgency
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
