
Job description
As Profound's first Recruiting Operations hire, you will build the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power how we hire at scale. Part process architect, part analyst, part hiring manager whisperer, you will manufacture the machine that lets every recruiter move faster and every hiring manager show up prepared.
Own Profound's ATS end to end, audit the full hiring process, manage or lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, build and maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard, design and run hiring manager enablement, set SLAs across the recruiting process, build documentation and playbooks, manage the recruiting tech stack, and partner with Finance and People Ops.
You are a systems thinker who finds broken processes interesting and instinctively works to map and fix them, analytical and data-driven, familiar with modern ATS platforms, a strong communicator, highly organized, comfortable building from zero, and a high agency operator.
