We are seeking a Corporate/ECM Senior Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join our Auckland Corporate team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, and corporate governance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years PQE
- Experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions
- Advisory experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
