Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Solicitor / Senior Solicitor to join our highly successful team in Auckland. You will work on a range of market-leading financial markets transactions for prestigious corporate, bank and other issuer clients. You will have exposure with corporate finance, preferably including financial markets and advisory work. A strong academic background is a prerequisite.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years PQE
- Experience in a busy commercial law firm environment
