Requirements
- Full end to end delivery on searches in the salary range of 150-300k SGD
- Ability to handle regional/global complexity and successfully work across geographies
- Develop relationships with Premium/Business/First class clients
- Develop a pipeline of new work in collaboration with the Directors/MD's
- Accurate pipelining/forecasting and proactive management of gaps against budget and targets
- Build expertise and knowledge across areas of specialisation
