Job Description
The Per Diem - LPN is responsible for providing nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance the quality of life to the patient/family unit. The LPN will work under RN supervision and be responsible for providing nursing tasks such as continuous care, dressing changes, catheter changes, and medication administration.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- IV certification required at time of hire beginning November 10, 2024
- Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy
- Reliable transportation to meet visit schedule
