LPN, Continuous Care - Nights (Pinellas County) Per Diem

Chapters Health is seeking a Per Diem LPN to provide nursing interventions and teach skills to maximize patient comfort and quality of life. The successful candidate will work under RN supervision and have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
• IV certification required at time of hire beginning November 10, 2024
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy
• Reliable transportation to meet visit schedule
