LPN, Hospice House NIGHTS

The LPN, Hospice House NIGHTS role provides nursing interventions and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance quality of life for patients and their families under RN supervision.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
• IV certification required at time of hire beginning November 10, 2024
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance per Company policy
• Reliable transportation to meet visit schedule
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of patients
• Ability to use equipment with visual and auditory mechanisms
• Ability to manage the emotional stress of working with and caring for terminally ill patients and their families
• Can work within their scope or practice per state regulations
