Per Diem- LPN Hospice House (Days and Nights) LifePath Hospice

Provides nursing interventions and teaches skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance quality of life to patient/family unit under RN supervision. Responsible for performing various nursing tasks, documenting in medical record, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current LPN licensure in state of employment
• IV certification required
• Active BLS for healthcare professionals
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate in English
