Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum two years' experience working in Employee Relations, Training, Counseling, Coaching and Disciplining Employees
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong initiative
• Creative and lateral thinking
• Knowledge of employee relations practices, procedures and applicable State and Federal labor laws, and regulations
