We are looking for a People Consultant to help make Stripe a great place to work and grow. The successful candidate will work with business leaders, managers, and employees across Stripe to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people succeed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience
- At least 2-3 years in a client facing HR role (e.g. HR Business Partner, Employee Relations partner)
- Experience partnering directly with managers on performance management, manager coaching, employee relations, team health, and team culture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in Mexico
