People Consultant

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform looking for a People Consultant to help drive efforts across Tech, Core, and Business Organizations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Partner with front line managers on performance management, coaching, and employee relations
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal teams to foster sound business decisions
• Advise front line management on Stripe People policies and best practices
• Partner with People Partners (HRBPs), managers, and leaders on organizational strategy and initiatives
• Analyze and present on organizational health trends and insights
• Ensure excellent employee experience through key life cycle stages
