TS Trucking is a top-tier transportation company seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities.

Requirements

• Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities
• Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process
• Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates
• Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention
• Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives
• Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters
• Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements
• Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws
• Engage in and support Human Resources projects
• Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection
• Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives
• Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions
