The Food Service Assistant Manager is responsible for providing excellent food service in a school setting. The Food Service Manager will supervise kitchen staff, manage food and supplies, and maintain food safety standards, as well as handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, ordering, and paying for food and supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in food service.
• Knowledge of meal production, planning, scheduling, safety, and sanitation.
• Ability to work with a variety of chemical and cleaning agents.
