Requirements
- Business math and professional communication skills
- Commitment to becoming certified within a specified period
- Working knowledge of food service, sanitation, and recordkeeping requirements
- General office management skills including filing
- Strong math skills
- Knowledge of appropriate software programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
