Requirements

• Complete and post staff work schedules.
• Manage a staff of 4 to 12, including assigning, overseeing, and evaluating employees.
• Communicate changes to food preparations formulas.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure local and national health and food safety codes are followed.
• Identify and contact prospective customers.
