Job Description
This part-time Assistant Coach position with the St. Charles High School Basketball program focuses on player development, coaching, and school spirit. The assistant coach will work closely with the head coach, ensuring students have the skills and character to succeed both on and off the court. This role involves setting a positive example, promoting sportsmanship, and contributing to the school's overall athletic program.
Requirements
- Education or certification as a PE educator (PA or PS), currently in good standing.
- 3+ years of coaching experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of emergency coaching experience at a school in the area.
- Compliance with Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association and Charles County Board of Education policies.
