Job Description
The Head Girls Flag Football Coach will develop and implement effective coaching programs, focusing on skill development, practice planning, and player growth. The role involves communicating with athletes, parents, and administration, and ensuring student/athlete safety and eligibility before tryouts. Requirements
- Qualified as a professional educator (MPSSAA/MSDE)
- Certified by the State Department of Education (13A.12.01)
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach in the position of hire
- Must have completed the required form for Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSA)
