Job Description
St. Charles High School is seeking a Part-time Assistant Girls' Flag Football Coach to develop a coaching program, guide student-athletes, and contribute to a positive school environment. The role involves supporting the Head Coach, overseeing practices, and maintaining a safe and organized space. The position requires a background in education and a commitment to character building.
Requirements
- Teachers or certified professionals employed by the local Board of Education
- Credentialed as a professional educator by the State Department of Education
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Completed one year as a successful emergency coach at the school
- Knowledge of Charles County Public Schools Extra-Curricular Handbook
- Eligibility to hold a Maryland certificate under COMAR 13A.12.01
- Possess a MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Ability to work during the winter season
