Job Description
This is a temporary, non-degree-related part-time tutoring position (10 months) at Charles County Public Schools. Tutors will work directly with students, providing evidence-based interventions, assessing student outcomes, and developing instructional plans. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, but may require 48 college credit hours or a passing score on Praxis Paraprofessional Exam.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus 48 college credit hours; or GED plus passing score on Praxis Paraprofessional Exam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and discretely with confidential information.
- Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, staff development, and assessment process.
