Job Description
The Westlake High School Varsity Swim Coach position offers a 12-month contract with a non-exempt position. The role involves assisting the Head Coach with program development, player supervision, and upholding school and state athletic policies. Requirements
- Knowledge of Charles County Public Schools Extra-Curricular Handbook
- Eligible to hold a Maryland certificate under COMAR 13A.12.01
- Possess a MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Past year as a successful emergency coach at the school of hire
