Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This person will be part of a three-person team including a Maintenance Manager at first, with inevitable growth to a larger maintenance unit as we grow in the area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Personal vehicle and basic tools required
- Certifications or special licenses (HVAC/EPA, Electrical) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the property management industry is required
