Self Pay Associate

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that provides personalized, virtual care for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. We're looking for a Self Pay Associate to join our team, who will be responsible for managing patient balances, working with admissions teams, and collecting outstanding balances.

Requirements

• 2+ years related work experience in health care administrative, financial, insurance, customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
• Knowledge of medical billing practices, office policies and procedures
• Understanding of 'No Surprises Collections Act'
