The company is looking for an NPD Manager (Accessories & Collaterals) to manage the development of innovative accessories and tools. The role requires a detail-oriented and quality-focused individual with experience in beauty/fashion accessories product development, supply chain management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Beauty / Fashion Accessories product development, with exposure to supply chains across APAC and EU markets
• Experience using Monday.com for project management is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail with highly organised and meticulous working style
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Clear and confident communicator
• Excellent team player who thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong relationships across cross-functional teams
