We are seeking a Key Account Executive (Food and Beverage) to oversee procurement and customers across all channels, manage a team, and plan operational activities to achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record in managing modern trade, food service, or HORECA accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to plan sales strategies effectively.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-moving market environment.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Having own car and a valid driving license is an advantage.
