Responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring and onboarding candidates to fill open positions within a company. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle as per CPF's Group recruitment process.
Requirements
- Conduct job briefing, screening CVs/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, negotiating & extending offers, coordinating on-boarding activities, etc.
- Build candidate pools by identifying and using multiple recruiting channels appropriately and efficiently
- Work closely with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners concerning recruitment transactional activities process and support
- Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request
- Comply with the recruitment policy
- Coordinate and execute the logistics for recruitment events as appropriate
- Support as Recruitment Business Partner for any customer issues & problems in recruitment
