Be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, hiring and onboarding candidates to fill open positions within a company. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build candidate pools, and provide recruitment for all positions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in recruiting for the relevant business area or work experience from a recruitment agency
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
- Creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Planning interview and selection procedures
