Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in technical support or sales roles
- Fluent knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills and customer orientation
- Proactive approach and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Good proficiency in Excel
