Document Controller

Role Overview

Chart is seeking a Document Control Specialist to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and provide input towards development and implementation of department Work Instructions and Procedures.

What You Will Do

Interface with Design, Engineering, and Project Management to submit documents, perform quality checks, distribute documentation, and maintain databases.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Document Control experience, knowledge of ISO9001 and API practices, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or HS diploma
• 2 years Document Control experience
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and API practices
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adept in Adobe Acrobat: editing and creation
• Experience with EDMS systems (preferably Autodesk Vault, Flatter Files)
