
Job description
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining company and project-related documents in accordance with organizational policies and compliance standards. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and integrity of documentation throughout its lifecycle.
Maintain and manage all controlled documents, implement and enforce document control processes, track and report document status, and support teams with generating and revising project documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in document control, strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with file naming conventions and metadata tagging.
