
Job description
As Document Control, you will report to the Sr. Project Manager and be involved with responsibility for project coordination, from initiation of project until closeout. You will be responsible for expediting, creating, managing, and maintaining project documentation for the project.
Develops and implements document control processes and procedures. Manages document revisions and ensures the latest version is available. Maintains document control database and files.
Requires a high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications, and advanced Microsoft Excel and database manipulation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work both independently and collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
