Job Description
Chart is seeking a Mechanical Design Systems Engineer I to perform design engineering functions, create production drawings, and support new product/project development and enhancements for Reciprocating Compressors Packages in North America.
Requirements
- Specify and size system components to support the compressor
- Create equipment production drawing and bill of material packages for manufacturing
- Perform engineering analyses via various internal software programs, excel spreadsheets, or hand calculations
- Perform material selection, review and compare to industry specifications
- Develop schedules for the engineering execution of each project
