Job Description
Charter Impact is seeking a Director of Finance to lead both strategic finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 10â15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
- CPA and MBA preferred
- Experience in professional services, multi-entity, or high-growth environments preferred
