Job Description
Charter Manufacturing is hiring an HRIS Analyst for UKG Technology to work closely with stakeholders to understand, create and improve business requirements and translate those requirements to functional specifications for HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related degree, or commensurate experience
- Three plus years’ experience in UKG Technology with scheduling, timekeeping, leave, payroll modules
- UKG configuration experience with break/fix resolutions, enhancements and release functionality
- Project management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiences.
