Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will leverage their deep understanding of the casting industry to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth for Charter Casting. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and utilizing technical expertise to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions specific to the metals industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of outside sales experience in metals or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success delivering profitable growth with strategic accounts and prospects
• Proven negotiation and analytical capability
• Strong financial and pricing acumen
• Proven consultative, solution-selling methodology
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
