Job Description
As a Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker with Chartiers Center, you will work in the home and community with our program participants to help them to live full and productive lives.
Requirements
- Meet regularly with a caseload of clients in their home or community to teach them needed skills
- Maintain a weekly schedule where the majority of your work time is spent in face-to-face client meetings
- Thoroughly document client meetings
