Job Description
The Capture Manager leads end-to-end federal capture efforts, aligning opportunities with corporate growth goals and market priorities. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities through strategic customer engagement, competitive analysis, and solution development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal business development
- 5 years of specialized experience serving as a Capture Manager
- Shipley Capture Training highly preferred
- Shipley or Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification a plus
