Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for sharing care responsibility in a licensed care area, ensuring care standards are maintained, and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. The role involves supervising healthcare aides, recruiting and training staff, and participating in site leadership to develop strategic plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a geriatric setting
- Knowledge of the Community Care Facilities Act, Adult Care Regulations, and other regulations acts
- Completion of a nursing program and a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses
- Ability to work various shifts and be Manager on call as required
