The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical quality support, guidance, and education to nursing staff, residents, and their family members to ensure the continuing care needs of residents are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care community
• Prior experience working with seniors
• Clinical education experience
• Post secondary education in an accredited nursing program and current nursing registration in the province of Ontario
