Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical quality support, guidance and education to the residence’s nursing staff, residents, and their family members to ensure the continuing care needs of our residents are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care community is preferred.
- Prior experience working with seniors.
- Must have clinical education experience.
- Post secondary education in an accredited nursing program and current nursing registration in the province of Ontario.
