Job Description
The Director of Real Estate Investments will source and execute property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, while assisting with asset management strategies and building relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
- MBA and/or Professional designation in finance (CFA, CPA, CBV or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Clear grasp of real estate valuation and financial analysis methodologies
- Persuasive communicator and negotiator
- High EQ
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong time management
