Job Description
The Senior Director- Real Estate Investments is responsible for sourcing and executing property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, and assisting with asset management strategies. Strong relationship building and presentation skills are required, as well as experience with valuations models, financial pro-forma analysis, and third-party reports.
Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in Commercial Real Estate
- MBA and/or Professional designation in finance (CFA, CPA, CBV or equivalent) considered an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Clear grasp of valuation and financial analysis methodologies
- Persuasive communicator and negotiator
- High EQ
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong time management
