Job Description
The Senior Director- Real Estate Investments is responsible for sourcing and executing property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, and assisting with asset management strategies.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
- MBA and/or Professional designation in finance (CFA, CPA, CBV or equivalent) considered an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Clear grasp of valuation and financial analysis methodologies
- Persuasive communicator and negotiator
- High EQ
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong time management
