Cashier (Brick Walk Café)/Seasonal Employment

The Brick Walk Café is a fast casual restaurant with a menu featuring snacks and lunches as well as healthier choices, all prepared fresh daily. The Brick Walk Café is open 11:30 to 8:00 p.m. during the summer season, located just off of Bestor Plaza with indoor and outdoor seating.

Requirements

• Greet patrons, provide assistance.
• Process order on POS system and accept payment, handling cash, debit, and credit cards.
• Ensure product is organized, faced and stocked at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes surfaces, NCO (Neat, Clean and Orderly) throughout shift and at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks throughout shift and at end of shift, communicating with management specific needs.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
