Pro Shop Attendant (Chautauqua Tennis Center)/Seasonal Employment

The Chautauqua Tennis Center is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant for seasonal employment. The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for customer service, sales, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Customer focused when greeting patrons and answering the phone
• Provide information about services, pricing, events, and pro-shop merchandise
• Use a computer to schedule lessons and check in players
• Process membership, lessons, and merchandise purchases using a computerized cash register
• Keep equipment shed neat and orderly
• Spring maintenance including setting up courts and cleaning
• Responsible for court maintenance and cleaning
• Winterization maintenance includes removing and storing nets and related equipment
• Follows department policies to ensure a safe, neat, and clean environment
