The Brick Walk Cafe is a fast casual restaurant with a menu featuring snacks and lunches as well as healthier choices, all prepared fresh daily. The role of Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff and dining room operations, interacting with guests, and maintaining standards of dining hall establishment in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Oversee staff and dining room operations
• Interact with guests and ensure satisfaction is above and beyond
• Maintain standards of dining hall establishment in a fast-paced setting
• Work alongside food service staff to ensure a quality guest experience
• Assist management in overall cost-effectiveness
• Conduct training for seasonal staff
