Job Description
The Heirloom Restaurant is a formal dining establishment at the historic Athenaeum Hotel, offering a unique culinary experience. The Shift Supervisor will oversee front of the house staff, interact with guests, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Oversee Front of the House Staff and monitor operations
- Interact with guests and ensure satisfaction is above and beyond
- Maintain standards of fine dining establishment in a fast-paced setting
- Work alongside food service and kitchen staff to ensure quality
- Assist Heirloom Management in overall cost effectiveness
- Conduct training to seasonal staff
- All other duties as assigned
