Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Case Manager to join their team at Grace House, a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery. The Case Manager provides support services to women with children and/or pregnant in a comprehensive six-to-nine-month residential treatment program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or at least three years of relevant work or lived experience
- Ability to pass certification for CPR, First Aid
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide transportation on an as needed basis
- Ability to counsel and support clients with co-occurring and/or substance use disorder diagnoses
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
