Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Caseworker to join their Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) program. The Caseworker will work with individuals experiencing homelessness to connect them with resources and find shelter and/or housing.
Requirements
- Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred
- Substance abuse and mental health experience preferred
- Multiple years of experience in case management and social services preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Approved criminal background check (CORI)
