Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) program. The Caseworker will work with people experiencing homelessness to connect them with resources and find shelter and/or housing.
Requirements
- Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
- Substance abuse and mental health experience
- Multiple years of experience in case management and social services
- High school diploma or GED
