Job Description
Exciting opportunity for Licensed Clinicians or Licensed Eligible! CHD is seeking strong clinical professionals for the new ACCS program. Clinicians will lead person-centered treatment planning within multidisciplinary teams supporting Persons (age 18+) in a community based behavioral health program.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist
- Three to five years of experience in a mental health treatment program
- Demonstrated experience working with Persons with psychiatric and/or substance use histories
